How to start? 
If your Idea got traction and you have the Governors’ support in making it a Proposal to conduct a vote on, start a new thread and post it there together with the summary of the discussion that already took place around the Idea.
Make the information accessible, present both pros and cons and include a poll that will help us understand how far are we from finding a community consensus on the topic.
Once we have it, the actual proposal will be created in our voting tool and the vote will be ratified by a signature.
