5000 PLR Bounty for Community Spirit

I found someone in the telegram room that hoped she could have enough PLR to get into GH by the end of the year. That inspired me to think we can give scholarship tokens as a bounty in exchange for Pillar community spirit. 5,000 PLR in exchange for:

(4) 5-10 minute YouTube videos about PillarV2
or
1 Ladybug Etherspot sticker pack containing 8-10 stickers for Telegram/Twitter
or
6 How to use DeFi on PillarV2 Twitter cards or TikTok posts
or
3 Etherspot ladybug NFTs

Bounty tokens would come from DAO and we could offer 3 bounties on a trial basis. The bounties are for half the entry so they still show some commitment without the bounty. Eligibility: Not already in GH. Can promote in Discord wallet room, Twitter, Telegram, Blockfolio signal, Webinar, etc.

Ok, though I think the 4 youtube videos will get Pillar more publicity than the other options. Maybe the other options could require more, the sticker pack seems way too easy

I’ve been wanting Etherspot ladybug stickers but am not an artist.I could do the other ones easily. The Main point is encouraging spirit and action.

Wonderful idea, thanks for starting this topic @Bitcuriousmom!

I’d love for us to brainstorm:

  • activities we want to reward for (videos, stickers and NFTs will be def great ones to start with, but there more options - articles, events, memes, etc.)
  • tools that could help us gamify or make this a fun process (like Coordinape)
  • monthly budget we’re willing to provide for rewarding each other

Designing in the way that’s incentivizing not only newcomers, but also existing community members would be something to aim for IMO. At the same time if we want to just quickly experiment with this idea and keep a limited number of activities/rewards to validate the overall concept, I’d be open to it too.
